应用辅助呼吸治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭,在国外已有近20年历史。国内不少省市也已开展此项抢救工作,并已取得良好疗效。我院儿童急救中心自1986年10月开始,对危重呼吸衰竭及呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的新生儿应用辅助呼吸治疗,现将抢救Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭新生儿2例的体会报告如下。临床资料一、仪器和方法:所用仪器有美国定压、定时,恒流Healthdyne 105型婴儿呼吸机。Portex气管插管作经口插入,整个抢救过程是在远红外线抢救台上进行。并有多功能监护仪连续进行心电,呼吸、
