研究了减压渣油(减渣)催化裂化油浆混合原料为进料的混合脱沥青过程对混合原料中油浆脱除多环芳烃的效果。结果表明,混合脱沥青过程脱除油浆中多环芳烃是可行的,可以达到在分离减渣中沥青的同时,也分离油浆中多环芳烃的目的。当混合脱沥青过程的总脱沥青油收率在46.3%~64.0%时,油浆自身的脱沥青油收率在57%~85%,而减渣自身的脱沥青油收率在38%~61%;混合脱沥青过程中,从油浆得到的脱沥青油与油浆单独脱沥青得到的脱沥青油,在收率相近时,质量也相近。
The effect of mixed deasphalting process of vacuum residue (slag) catalytic cracking slurry mixed feed on the removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from the slurry was studied. The results show that it is feasible to remove polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from oil slurry by mixing deasphalting process, which can separate PAH from oil slurry while separating asphalt in slag reduction. When the total deasphalted oil yield in the mixed deasphalting process is between 46.3% and 64.0%, the deasphalted oil yield of the slurry itself is between 57% and 85%, while the deasphalted oil yield 38% ~ 61%. In the process of mixed deasphalting, the deasphalted oil obtained from the slurry and the deasphalted oil obtained from the deasphalting of the oil slurry are similar in the similar yield.
