目的:介绍肺表面活性物质(PS)的作用原理及在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征等疾病中的应用。方法:根据近年的文献资料加以整理,说明PS的应用方法。结果:通过以上介绍,应用PS治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征以及成人呼吸窘迫综合征等疾病均有一定疗效。结论:PS治疗新生儿和成人呼吸窘迫综合征、支气管哮喘等疾病具有较广阔的应用前景。
Objective: To introduce the principle of pulmonary surfactant (PS) and its application in diseases such as neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: According to the recent literature to be collated to illustrate the application of PS. Results: Through the above introduction, PS treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and adult respiratory distress syndrome and other diseases have a certain effect. Conclusion: PS treatment of neonatal and adult respiratory distress syndrome, bronchial asthma and other diseases have a broader application prospects.
