用较快的凝固速度控制显微组织是研究合金的极好方法。研究包括P/M(粉末冶金)在内的RS(快速凝固)方法,可得到的细小的晶粒、小的组成物和弥散体以及均匀分布的合金元素。此时,均匀的显微组织,使综合力学性能最好,而强度、韧性、疲劳及耐蚀性之间也有最佳的配合。此外RS能明显地增加铝合金和复合材料的刚度及高温强度、还能通过附加合金化,有效地降低合金的密度。
Controlling the microstructure with faster solidification rates is an excellent way to study alloys. The RS (rapid solidification) method including P / M (powder metallurgy), fine grains, small compositions and dispersoids available, and uniformly distributed alloying elements were studied. At this point, uniform microstructure, so that the best overall mechanical properties, and strength, toughness, fatigue and corrosion resistance also have the best match.
