为了实现全球范围内的个人通信,将陆地移动通信系统与卫星移动通信系统结合起来,组成一个业务能力强、适用范围广的综合通信网络以实现真正意义上的个人通信。因此,研究和探讨卫星/陆地综合网络及相关的技术问题具有重要的现实意义。本文首先阐述卫星系统在综合网络中的地位和作用,从地理综合、业务综合、网络综合、技术综合和系统综合五个方面,讨论卫星系统与陆地系统的关系,综合网络的结构和功能,然后介绍COST227工程的主要研究成果。
In order to achieve personal communication worldwide, the land mobile communication system is combined with the satellite mobile communication system to form a comprehensive and capable communication network with wide range of applications for real personal communication. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study and discuss the satellite / terrestrial integrated network and related technical issues. In this paper, firstly, the status and function of satellite system in integrated network are described. The relationship between satellite system and terrestrial system is discussed from five aspects of geography synthesis, business synthesis, network synthesis, technology synthesis and system synthesis, and the structure and function of the network are integrated. Introduce the main research results of COST227 project.
