目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流图(CDFI)特征在鉴别甲状腺肿块性质中的运用。方法:用多普勒超声诊断仪检测130例甲状腺肿块的声像图特征,并与手术、病理结果进行对比分析。结果:130例甲状腺肿块经过二维超声检查同时结合CDFI诊断符合率95%。结论:甲状腺肿块形式多样,表现复杂,采用二维超声结合彩色多普勒血流图进行综合分析,可提高诊断准确率。
Objective: To explore the use of color Doppler flowgraphy (CDFI) features in the identification of thyroid mass. Methods: The sonographic features of 130 cases of thyroid mass were detected by Doppler sonography and compared with the surgical and pathological findings. Results: The coincidence rate of 95 cases was confirmed by two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with CDFI in 130 cases of thyroid mass. Conclusion: The thyroid mass has many forms and complex features. Comprehensive analysis using two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler flowgraphy can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
