目的探讨肾综合征出血热患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性的改变。方法按Reinila制膜法检测了33例肾综合征出血热患者红细胞膜Na+·K+-ATP酶和Ca2+·Mg2+-ATP酶含量。结果肾综合征出血热患者红细胞膜Na+·K+-ATP酶活性低于正常人(P<0.01),而Ca2+·Mg2+-ATP酶活性与正常人比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论测定肾综合征出血热患者红细胞膜Na+·K+-ATP酶和Ca2+·Mg2+-ATP,酶活性的变化有助于临床的诊断和治疗。
Objective To investigate the changes of erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Methods The contents of Na + · K + -ATPase and Ca2 + · Mg2 + -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of 33 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were detected by Reinila membrane method. Results The activity of Na + · K + -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome was lower than that of normal people (P <0.01), while the activity of Ca2 + · Mg2 + -ATP was no difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The determination of the changes of erythrocyte Na + · K + -ATPase and Ca2 + · Mg2 + -ATP in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is helpful for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
