研究并测定了Al_2O_3和Si_3N_4两类工程陶瓷的动态起裂韧性,给出了K_(1d)(t)~K_1(t)曲线。曲线的最低值K_(1d)~m位于K_1(t)较低的范围,其断口特征与加载速率相关。材料成分的变化对其动态起裂性能影响较大。上述研究对工程陶瓷材料在动荷下的安全设计及可靠性均有指导意义。
The dynamic fracture toughness of two types of engineering ceramics, Al 2 O 3 and Si 3 N 4, were studied and determined. The K 1d (t) ~ K 1 (t) curves were given. The lowest K_ (1d) ~ m of the curve is located in the lower range of K_1 (t), and the fracture characteristics are related to the loading rate. The change of material composition has a great influence on the dynamic cracking behavior. The above research has instructive significance on the safety design and reliability of engineering ceramic materials under dynamic load.
