近来,台湾官方机构与要员相继提出了多个取代香港经济地位的计划,包括:由台北取代香港成为亚洲金融中心;台湾取代香港成为亚洲飞机维修中心,高雄取代香港成为国际海运中心,等等。这些取代言论在80年代也常有所闻,但基本上是发自民间经济界的专家学者之言。近期来,由官方出头宣传,并在政策上、规划上、措施上加以推动,则系罕见之举。结果如何?有待剖析。
Recently, Taiwan’s government agencies and key officials have put forward many plans to replace Hong Kong’s economic status one after another, including replacing Taipei as an Asian financial center with Taipei, replacing Taiwan as an aircraft maintenance center in Asia, replacing Kaohsiung as an international shipping center, etc. . These substitutions were also commonplace in the 1980s, but basically they were written by experts and scholars from the private sector. In the recent past, it is a rare move for officials to make an early public announcement and to promote them on the policy, planning and measures. What is the result?
