以EDTA为络合剂,用溶胶—凝胶法,在钛酸锶、铝酸镧等衬底上制备了YBaCuO高温超导薄膜。与固态反应法制备的常规材料比较,该法制备的薄膜有某些优点。材料烧结温度低、时间短,化学组分均匀、化学计量比容易控制,成本低,制作也比较容易。 用高纯氧化钇、碳酸钡、氧化铜粉末作为原料,分别放入一定摩尔浓度的热硝酸溶液
YBaCuO high temperature superconducting thin films were prepared on sol-gel method using strontium titanate and lanthanum aluminate substrates with EDTA as the complexing agent. Compared with the conventional materials prepared by solid state reaction, the film prepared by this method has some advantages. Material sintering temperature is low, time is short, uniform chemical composition, stoichiometry easy to control, low cost, the production is relatively easy.
