細胞培养常受类胸膜肺炎微生物(PPLO)污染,国外已有不少文献报导,但細胞受污染后,大多数无明显病变。迄今报告污染PPLO后用光学显微鏡能发现形态学改变的,在传代細胞中只有Hela、人羊膜(两个系)和人胚肺細胞,而原代細胞則只有猴腎細胞。本实驗室曾发现牛血清中之PPLO对原代人胚肺細胞有严重的細胞病变作用,本文則报导在乳蛋白水解物Hanks液加牛血清的培基中,多株PPLO对多种常用的原代細胞也能引起明显之病变,并且对PPLO产生明显病变的有关因素进行了
Cell culture is often contaminated by pleuropneumoniae microorganisms (PPLO), many foreign literature has been reported, but after the cells were contaminated, most no obvious lesions. To date, morphological changes have been detected by light microscopy after contaminating PPLO. Only Hela, human amnion (two lines), and human embryo lung cells are present in the passaged cells, whereas the primary cells are only monkey kidney cells. The laboratory has found that PPLO in bovine serum on the primary human embryo lung cells have a serious cytopathic effect, this article is reported in the milk protein hydrolyzate Hanks plus bovine serum culture medium, multiple strains of PPLO on a variety of commonly used Primary cells also caused significant lesions and related factors that led to significant PPLO lesions
