目的通过对采供血机构各类业务岗位人员设置情况的调研,为不同血站业务人员岗位设置提供参考依据。方法以问卷的形式对全国357家采供血机构业务人员岗位情况进行了调研。结果采血岗位人员共9899名,占业务人员比例为>50%,且血液中心的设置比例高于中心血站。机采岗位比例地区差异较大。全国范围内,每采集10吨全血平均需要约21名人员,每采集5 000个治疗量平均需要约10名人员,其中各岗位分布存在明显的地域差异。结论各级采供血机构应制定计划、精简机构,提高每一位业务人员的个人能力和团队的绩效水平,提高全国采供血机构的整体工作绩效和应对复杂环境的能力。
Objective Through the research on the personnel setting of all kinds of business positions in blood collection and blood supply agencies, it provides a reference for setting up the post positions of business personnel in different blood stations. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the positions of 357 blood collection and delivery agencies nationwide. Results A total of 9,999 post-staffers were recruited, accounting for more than 50% of the total number of staff. The proportion of blood centers was higher than that of central centers. The proportion of machine-picked jobs is quite different in different regions. Nationally, it takes an average of about 21 personnel to collect 10 tons of whole blood and an average of about 10 personnel for each of the 5 000 doses collected. There are obvious geographical differences in the distribution of posts. Conclusion Blood collection and blood supply agencies at all levels should make plans to streamline the organization, enhance the individual ability and team performance level of each staff member, and improve the overall performance of the national blood collection and delivery agencies and their ability to deal with complex environment.
