近年来,随着心电图检查在临床上的普及应用,预激综合征合并房颤的病例报告逐渐增多,但预激综合征 A 型与 B 型间互相转化且合并房颤的病例尚未见报遭。本室最近发现了一例,现报道如下:病例:患者男性.34岁,住院号164760。因发作性胸闷心悸二年,加重二天于86年10月4日住当地医院,查心电图示:“室性心动过速”,经利多卡因、洋地黄等药物治疗后心率加快,症状加重,于次日转于我院。
