目的讨论研究患者呕吐、恶心原因,避免发生误诊漏诊,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法选取我院接收治疗的出现恶心、呕吐症状的住院患者82例,对其患病原因进行医学统计。结果反流性食管炎、巨幼贫、胆系结石、颅内占位和功能性消化不良是造成患者恶心呕吐的常见病因。其它尚有粪石梗阻、十二指肠溃疡、肝功损害和阑尾炎(急性)以及腹部经手术和EHF等。此外乙型肝炎与十二指肠溃疡,急性支气管炎,白细胞减少症和溃疡性结肠炎亦有呕吐、恶心的表现。
Objective To study the causes of vomiting and nausea in patients, to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Totally 82 inpatients with nausea and vomiting who were admitted to our hospital for medical treatment were enrolled in this study. Results Reflux esophagitis, juvenile and oligoarthritis, gallstones, intracranial space occupying and functional dyspepsia are common causes of nausea and vomiting in patients. Others still have fecal obstruction, duodenal ulcer, liver damage and appendicitis (acute) and abdominal surgery and EHF. In addition, hepatitis B and duodenal ulcer, acute bronchitis, leucopenia and ulcerative colitis also vomiting, nausea.
