研究通过对CNNIC(2005-2014年)的互联网发展统计报告数据的二次分析,展现边疆民族地区互联网基础资源状况,并与东部发达地区做比较,说明边疆民族地区网络发展中接入沟问题、网络区隔问题具有起因的复杂性、表现的多重性、影响的严重性、消除的困难性等特点,实现网络融合,需要国家、民族地区、社会组织、少数民族群众的共同努力。
Through the secondary analysis of CNNIC (2005-2014) Internet Development Statistics Report data, this paper presents the basic Internet resources in frontier ethnic areas and compares them with the developed areas in the east of China to explain the problems in the access network development in frontier ethnic areas. The issue of network separation has such characteristics as complexity of cause, multiplicity of performance, severity of impact and difficulty of elimination. To achieve network convergence requires the joint efforts of the people of the nation, ethnic areas, social organizations and ethnic minorities.
