目的建立食(饮)具洗消剂残余量的流动化学分析方法。方法在线萃取分段流动化学分析法测定食(饮)具表面残留的烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)。结果方法的检出限0.008 mg/L,最低检出浓度0.024 mg/L,食(饮)具表面ABS检出限为0.000 5~0.001 6 mg/100 cm2,最低检出浓度0.001 5~0.004 8 mg/100 cm2。在浓度0~1.000 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,加标回收率在96%~101%之间,相对标准差为0.8%~3.6%。结论在线萃取分段流动化学分析法可准确、快速地测定食(饮)具洗消剂残余量。
Objective To establish a flow chemical analysis method for food (drink) with the residual amount of decontamination agent. Methods An analytical method for the determination of residual sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate (ABS) on the surface of food and drink by online extraction and segmented flow chemical analysis. Results The detection limit of the method was 0.008 mg / L and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.024 mg / L. The detection limit of surface ABS was 0.000 5 ~ 0.001 6 mg / 100 cm2 with the lowest detectable concentration of 0.001 5 ~ 0.004 8 mg / 100 cm2. In the range of 0-1.000 mg / L, the recoveries were in the range of 96% -101% with the relative standard deviations of 0.8% -3.6%. Conclusions Online extraction of fractional flow chemical analysis can accurately and quickly determine the residual amount of food and drink with decontamination agent.
