本文简要分析了中国农业女性化的现状、成因和正负效应及农业女性化与城乡统筹的内在联系,从农村土地确权、农村土地流转、农业大户和家庭农场等三个方面进行了性别法律分析并提出了对策建议。
This article briefly analyzes the status quo, causes and positive and negative effects of feminization of agriculture in China and the inherent relationship between feminization of agriculture and co-ordination between urban and rural areas. Gender law is carried out from three aspects: rural land ownership, rural land transfer, large agricultural households and family farms Analyzed and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
