河北省石津灌区是全国大型灌区之一,灌区控制耕地面积435万亩,分布在石家庄、邢台、衡水的14个县(市)。是以农业灌溉为主,兼城市用水和发电的大型灌区。灌区坚持“科教兴水”战略思想,通过开展职工水利基础知识培训,搞活内部培训机制,创建学习型灌区等一系列的职教活动,走出了一条有灌区特色的科教培训之路,多次获得河北省水利系统优秀职教单位和优秀水利学会分会等荣誉称号。
