空管安全风险预警管理,主要是在信息监测工作、预警管理工作以及具体监控对象之间进行互相协调和作用的活动过程。在开展空管风险事件风险预警管理工作的过程中,需要全面监测空中各项安全状况,积极采用有效的方式控制和管理风险事件。空管风险事件出现的较多,需要积极构建出相应的预警体系,提升空管安全风险的整体效果。在构建空管风险事件预警体系的过程中,需要采用一些切实有效的方式和手段。本文主要是从空管风险事件的预警决策特性情况分析入手,针对空管风险事件预警决策模式的主要类型进行全面研究,并相应提出了空管风险事件的预警体系构建工作措施和方式。
