有机铜化学是金属有机化学的重要组成部分,与贵金属相比,铜的自然丰度高且廉价低毒,近年来铜促进的芳香C–H活化与转化已经成为金属有机化学的热点研究领域.与得以广泛和深入研究的一价有机铜化合物及其反应相比,结构明确的高价有机铜化合物及其反应性能还研究甚少.借助大环配体为分子平台,对于苯基三价铜化合物及其反应性有了一些报道,与之相比,苯基二价铜化合物的报道更少.本文重点针对近年来在结构明确的苯基高价铜化学方面的进展进行评述.
Organic copper chemistry is an important part of metal organic chemistry. Compared with noble metals, copper has high natural abundance and low toxicity and low toxicity. In recent years, copper-promoted aromatic C-H activation and transformation has become a hot research field in metalorganic chemistry. Compared with the monovalent organocopper compounds and their reactions, which have been extensively and deeply studied, the well-defined high-valent organocupperuates and their reactivity are still poorly studied.Using macrocyclic ligands as the molecular platform, And its reactivity has been reported, compared with less reports of phenyl divalent copper compounds.This paper focuses on recent years in the structural clear phenyl copper high-temperature chemical advances are reviewed.
