本观察是从植物形态学的角度,应用整体解剖法和扫描电镜进行研究,目的在于了解龙眼花序和花朵从孕育到成熟的动态变化规律,为今后研究龙眼花芽分化和花性分异提供基础。观察结果:龙眼为聚伞花序圆锥形排列的混合花序,花各部分的分化次序保持着向心性,即花萼最先,依次为花瓣、雄蕊及雌蕊。同时对龙眼小花序上三歧花组中,中间一朵花最先开放;花萼原基成2-2-1方式先后发生等,提供解剖学依据。
This observation is from the perspective of plant morphology, the application of the overall anatomy and scanning electron microscopy study aimed at understanding the longan inflorescences and flowers from inception to maturity of the dynamic changes in the future for the study of longan flower bud differentiation and floristic differentiation provide the basis.
