案例教学法着眼于学生分析能力和批判精神的培养,在法律基础课中采用案例教学法有利于培养和提高大学生的法律意识和法制观念,而案例选编、案例展示、案例的分析和讨论以及案例的归纳评价四环节紧密联系的案例教学模式,能提高学生的学习兴趣和法律基础课的教学效果。在实施案例教学时,教师要做好课前计划、课中引导、课后测评工作。
The case teaching method focuses on the cultivation of students ’analytical ability and critical spirit. Using the case teaching method in the basic course of law is helpful to cultivate and enhance the college students’ legal consciousness and the concept of legal system. However, case selection, case presentation, case analysis and discussion, and case study Induction and evaluation of the four links are closely linked to the case teaching mode, can improve students’ interest in learning and legal basic teaching effect. In the implementation of case teaching, teachers should do a good job before class planning, class guidance, after-school evaluation work.
