在实验室内用325目滑石粉对比试验了4种型式的旋风分离器,发现影响除尘效率的关键尺寸是分离空间高度、排尘口直径、入口截面积和芯管下口直径等。在尺寸优化的基础上,研制成了一种结构简单而效率较高的新型旋风分离器。
In the laboratory, 325 types of talcum powder were used to test four types of cyclones. The key dimensions affecting the efficiency of dust removal were the height of the separation space, the diameter of the dust outlet, the cross-sectional area of the inlet and the diameter of the mouth of the core tube. On the basis of size optimization, a new type of cyclone with simple structure and high efficiency has been developed.
