近年来,中国钢铁工业取得了飞速的发展,我国已经成为了世界上最大的钢铁市场,但是,我国还不是一个钢铁强国,我国钢铁工业的竞争力还比较低。我国钢铁工业竞争力低的根本原因在于我国钢铁工业的市场集中度太低,市场过度竞争所致,因此,通过重组并购提高我国钢铁工业的市场集中度是促进我国钢铁工业健康发展,提高我国钢铁工业竞争力的根本途径。
