目的:建立测定鱼腥草中微量元素铁的含量。方法:选用浓硝酸和浓硫酸消化处理样品,用盐酸羟胺将三价铁还原为二价铁,邻二氮菲为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定吸光度,根据标准曲线计算铁含量。结果:鱼腥草中铁含量为0.135±0.003 mg/g。结论:方法快速、简便,可用于鱼腥草中铁含量测定。
Objective: To establish the determination of trace elements iron in Houttuynia cordata. Methods: The samples were treated with concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid. The ferric hydroxylamine was used to reduce the ferric iron to ferrous iron and phenanthroline. The absorbance was measured by spectrophotometry and the iron content was calculated according to the standard curve. Results: The content of iron in Houttuynia Cordata was 0.135 ± 0.003 mg / g. Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple and can be used for the determination of iron content in Houttuynia Cordata.
