目的 研究绝经后妇女IL 6基因多态性与骨密度和身体指标、骨生化指标之间的相互关系。方法 PCR扩增后分析IL 6基因 3′端非翻译区的多态性区域 ,双能X线骨密度仪测定腰椎和股骨颈等处骨密度。结果 在 2 0 5例绝经后妇女中发现了D/D、D/E、C/D、C/C和E/E 5种IL 6基因型 ,93%的绝经后妇女属于D/D和D/E型。体重是影响腰椎和股骨颈骨密度的重要因素之一。在绝经 10年以上的妇女中 ,D/D型的腰椎骨密度明显低于D/E型 ,但受到体重的影响。结论 IL 6基因多态性与骨密度的关系受到体重等因素的影响
Objective To study the relationship between IL 6 gene polymorphisms and bone mineral density, body and bone biochemical markers in postmenopausal women. Methods PCR amplification was used to analyze the polymorphism region of 3 ’untranslated region of IL 6 gene. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry was used to measure the bone mineral density at lumbar spine and femoral neck. Results Five IL 6 genotypes of D / D, D / E, C / D, C / C and E / E were found in 205 postmenopausal women and 93% of postmenopausal women were D / D and D / E type. Body weight is one of the important factors affecting the BMD of lumbar and femoral neck. In menopausal women more than 10 years, D / D type lumbar BMD was significantly lower than the D / E type, but by weight. Conclusion The relationship between IL 6 gene polymorphism and bone mineral density is influenced by body weight and other factors
