玉米自交系或杂交种,因苞叶过长,吐丝晚而不齐,造成自身雌雄发育不协调,常采用剪苞叶的方法,以促进早吐丝,提高结实率。 1.剪玉米苞叶对吐丝速度的影响。我们对丹玉13号玉米、MO17玉米自交系在吐丝期按以下3种处理,各选10株,进行了5株剪5厘米长的苞叶、5株不剪苞叶的观察试验。3种处理如下:①用手捏苞叶上部有松软感,苞叶出叶鞘10厘米以上,并且剪后可见花丝;②用手捏苞叶上部无松软感,苞叶出叶鞘10厘米以下,剪后不见花丝;③花丝已少许吐出苞叶。由试验结果看出,按①处理
