高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病、肥胖、吸烟等危险因素最易导致动脉粥样硬化性心血管事件的发生,包括猝死、心肌梗死、脑卒中等致死、致残性疾病。而目前临床上诊治的绝大部分患者均为这些疾病的“终末期”患者。因此,加强对高危人群的识别与筛选,采取有效的策略进行预防,是亟待解决的重大医疗和社会问题。2006年8月29日,中国医师协会循证医学专业委员会在北京召开了“中国代谢与血管生物学研究会成立新闻发布会暨全国动脉硬化早期检测技术学术研讨会”。本次会上,胡大一教授、黄建始教授、李觉教授、王继光教授、解放军总医院心血管病研究所赵玉生所长和广东中山医院陶军博士等国内外著名心血管病专家与流行病学专家莅临现场授课,对代谢与血管生物学的前沿领域、心血管疾病早期检测与预防的最新进展进行了探讨,并对可行的早期检测手段进行了评估和总结。研究会负责人、著名心血管病专家胡大一教授表示:中国代谢与血管生物学研究会成立后,将对代谢与血管生物学的相关问题进行深入调查与研究,从而为各级医务人员提供一个共同研究的平台。针对人类进化规律研究其代谢环节的变化,寻求健康的生活方式;进一步研究人体血压的形成机制,以提高临床医生对血管病变的认识和早期检测动脉硬化的水平,寻求心血管疾病预防机制和措施,有效控制心血管病的发病率和病死率;开展包括预防医学、基础医学和临床医学在内的多学科交叉研究,建立代谢和血管生物学相关疾病的诊断、治疗和预防的专家共识,并将调查研究的资料建立共用数据库;我们还将依据当前医学动态及研究成果,积极开展医学科普宣传教育工作。本刊对本次大会的重点内容进行深度报道,并在今后不定期组织专家对该领域的临床研究热点予以讲座评介,以推动代谢和血管生物学相关的调查研究,更好地指导基层内科医务人员的临床实践。本刊编辑部
