This time I came to participate in the contributor conference of “Xinjiang Yearbook” (group), mainly to understand the situation and learn from my comrades because I am responsible for the work of local chronicles and annals in the division of labor among the government. The leading comrades of the editorial board of local chronicles just spoke very good opinions on the general situation of the “Yearbook of Xinjiang Xinjiang” in 1995 and the arrangement in 1996.
