当前,卫生防疫站内部管理存在不少制约系统合力的因素。如科室设置不合理;以科室为单位创收提成奖励的管理存在利益分配兼顾失调;领导忽视职工的基本需求等。导致科室间相互摩擦、扯皮、内耗,职工人心涣散,士气低落;科站之间存在离心倾向,闹小团体主义等。从而造成人、财、物、信、时的巨大浪费。使防疫站整体合力受到严重削弱。在当前形势下,要增强卫生防疫站综合竞争实力,领导职工上下齐心,共闯难关,需不断提高内部管理水平,加强团队建设,培养团队精神,增强卫生防疫站综合效能。
At present, there are many factors that constrain the system’s joint efforts in the internal management of the Sanitation and Epidemic Prevention Station. For example, the establishment of departments is irrational; the management of income-generating incentives based on the department as a unit has a balance of interest and misalignment; the leaders neglect the basic needs of employees. Lead to mutual friction between the departments, wrangling, internal friction, staff morale, low morale, there are centrifugal tendencies between stations, and so on. As a result, a huge waste of people, money, things, faith, and time is created. The overall strength of the epidemic prevention station has been severely weakened. Under the current situation, it is necessary to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the epidemic prevention station, lead employees to work together, and work hard to overcome difficulties. We must continuously improve internal management, strengthen team building, cultivate team spirit, and enhance the comprehensive effectiveness of the epidemic prevention station.
