目的:以药师参与临床合理用药的实践阐明药师开展药物咨询、协助临床合理用药工作的重要性。方法:介绍开展药物咨询的内容,并列举药师参与临床用药的实例。结果:药师在临床用药中发挥用药参谋作用,促进临床合理用药水平的提高。结论:药师参与临床合理用药工作很有必要。
OBJECTIVE: To elucidate the importance of pharmacists participating in clinically rational drug use in pharmacological counseling and clinical rational drug use. Methods: Introduce the content of drug counseling and list examples of pharmacists participating in clinical medication. Results: Pharmacists play a role as drug officers in the clinical medication, and promote the improvement of clinical rational use of drugs. Conclusion: It is necessary for pharmacists to participate in clinical rational drug use.
