现如今中国在景观的建造上不断吸取国外设计的经验,包括景观建成后的研究手法,其中一种叫做POE,全称为Post Occupancy Evaluation。国外对于不同行业都由自己不同行业相关的POE过程,而中国由于引入POE的时间较短,大多在个案中引入,且多数为公园性质的POE研究。相比于公园,笔者认为,在越来越趋于雷同的商业景观中,POE的作用将会发挥不可忽视的人性化作用。由此,本文作者通过实地对上海商圈的POE考察,由具体案例说明POE与商业区景观结合的重要性。
Nowadays, China is constantly drawing on the experience of foreign design in the landscape construction, including the research methods after the completion of the landscape. One of them is called POE and the full name is Post Occupancy Evaluation. Foreign countries have their own POE processes related to different industries in different industries. However, most of them are POE studies in the park due to the short introduction of POE in China. Compared to the park, I believe that in more and more similar to the commercial landscape, POE’s role will play a human role can not be ignored. Thus, the author of this article through the field of Shanghai POE inspection, from a specific case of the POE and the importance of business district landscape.
