中国钢结构协会结构稳定与疲劳委员会第二次会议于1987年4月21日至24日在北京召开,出席会议的有来自全国生产、设计、科研和高等院校的47个单位86名代表。根据中国钢协规定的精神,并经与会代表的一致同意,将该委员会改建成为中国钢结构协会结构稳定与疲劳协会(专业协会),会议讨论和原则通过了结构稳定与疲劳协会理事会的组成和章程(草案)。
The second meeting of the China Steel Structure Association’s Structural Stability and Fatigue Committee was held in Beijing from April 21st to 24th, 1987. 86 delegates from 47 units from the country’s production, design, research, and institutions of higher education attended the meeting. In accordance with the spirit of the China Steel Association, and with the unanimous consent of the delegates, the committee was transformed into the China Steel Structure Association Structural Stability and Fatigue Association (Professional Association). The meeting discussed and passed the principle of the council of the Structural Stability and Fatigue Association. And regulations (draft).
