陶瓷艺术有着悠久而又灿烂的历史,其中出现过众多珍贵的品种以及独特的技法,陶瓷人物画就是其中的一种,无论是在线条的掌握与运用还是在形与神的关系等诸多方面都取得了令人瞩目的成就,并且陶瓷人物画以陶瓷为载体,在继承中国传统文人画的基础上,又大量吸取外来文化的熏陶,是人物画得到更多的表现形式,众所周知,人物画难度最高。这是因为人物的造型、结构比较复杂。人的形貌、神态各异。而且人又有丰富的思想感情和各不相同的性格与气质。所以陶瓷人物画肩负着重要的历史责任传承中华文明。
