目的了解独立学院大学生心理状况及其特征,分析影响独立学院大学生心理健康的主要因素。方法使用症状自评量表(SCL—90)对800名大学生进行整群随机抽样,对调查结果采用分类比较的方法,比较不同类别间心理健康水平的差异。结果独立学院大学生(SCL—90)总均分及各因子分均高于全国青年常模,有中度以上心理问题的学生占总数的13.7%,经分类比较,低年级学生、母亲文化程度较低的同学(SCL—90)总均分及各因子得分较高。结论独立学院大学生中有中度心理痛苦的同学占总数的13.7%,低年级、母亲文化程度等是影响心理健康的主要因素。
Objective To understand the psychological status and characteristics of undergraduates in independent colleges and to analyze the main factors that affect the mental health of undergraduates in independent colleges. Methods A total of 800 college students were randomly divided into groups by using SCL-90. The results of the survey were compared by means of classification and comparison, and the differences in mental health among different categories were compared. Results The average scores and scores of SCL-90 students were all higher than those of national youth. The students with moderate or above psychological problems accounted for 13.7% of the total. According to the classification, the students with lower grades and maternal education Low average score (SCL-90) scores and scores of all factors higher. Conclusions Independent college students who have moderate psychological pain accounted for 13.7% of the total. The lower grades and mother’s educational level are the main factors affecting mental health.
