我们已胜利地跨过了1952年。1952年我们依靠了群众的力量,粉碎了敌人的细菌战,保卫了全国人民的健康;卫生事业得到普遍的发展,人民的卫生常识及对美帝的仇恨亦随之提高。但我们不能满足於这些成绩,我们需要更进一步提高,积极响应中央的号召,动员起来,加强爱国卫生运动的工作。同时我们药工人员更要从实际行动中,表示对政府政策的竭诚拥护,因此提出几点与大家研讨: 一、爱国卫生运动是全国群众性的运动,因此我们要随时随地深入群众,不仅要组织、领导、宣传和教育群众,同时还要参加具体工作如捕鼠、捕蝇、灭蚊及灭蚤等,警惕敌人散虫散毒,防止特务活动,搜集情报报告政府,参加大扫除,讲究个人卫生等,并长远地坚持下去。
