目的:对比观察巩膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化吸除折叠式人工晶体植入术和常规白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术后前房角对比情况。方法:采用Goldmann房角镜分别观察36眼巩膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化吸除折叠式人工晶体植入术和常规白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术后切口的变化、周边虹膜改变、晶体袢固定等情况。结果:白内障超声乳化吸除折叠式人工晶体植入术组及常规白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术组术后切口后弹力层脱离分别为3眼(8.35％)和4眼(11.1％),差异无显著性(P>0.05);虹膜周边前粘连为3眼(8.3％)和17眼(47.27％),差异有显著性(P<0.05);晶体袢囊袋内固定为31眼(86.1％)和10眼(22.2％),差异有显著性。(P<0.05)结论:白内障超声乳化吸除折叠式人工晶体植入术可减少虹膜周边前粘连的发生,增加人工晶体囊袋内的固定率。眼科学报2000;16:99-101。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the anterior chamber angle contrast after scleral tunnel incision phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation and conventional extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Methods: Goldmann angle gonioscopy was used to observe the changes of incision after cataract phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation and conventional cataract extracapsular cataract extraction in 36 eyes. The changes of peripheral iris, Happening. Results: There were 3 eyes (8.35%) and 4 eyes (11.1%) respectively in the elastic layer detachment after phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation in cataract patients and those in conventional cataract extraction and extracapsular cataract extraction. (P> 0.05). There were 3 eyes (8.3%) and 17 eyes (47.27%) before iris adhesion, the difference was significant (P <0.05) %) And 10 eyes (22.2%), the difference was significant. (P <0.05) Conclusions: Cataract phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation can reduce the occurrence of anterior iris adhesions and increase the fixation rate in intraocular lens.
