企业在人力资源管理中,往往需要通过完善的人才评价机制,了解员工的实际工作能力、优势以及潜力,从而实现其岗位、任务的合理分配,充分发挥人力资源价值。而信息化发展,为电力企业人才评价工作提供了新的手段。本文就电力企业人才评价工作中信息化的应用与实践进行了研究分析。
In human resource management, enterprises often need to understand the actual working abilities, advantages and potentials of employees through sound talent evaluation mechanism to realize the rational distribution of their positions and tasks and give full play to the value of human resources. The development of information technology provides a new measure for talent evaluation in electric power enterprises. This paper studies and analyzes the application and practice of informatization in talent evaluation of electric power enterprises.
