研究川白芷种子水溶性内源性抑制物质活性及其存在的部位。以小麦、白菜和莴苣种子为受体,对川白芷种子不同浸提时间、不同部位和不同浓度的水浸液进行生物活性测定。川白芷种子水浸液对3种受体植物种子的萌发有抑制作用。对白菜芽鲜重、芽干重、芽长和根长有促进作用,对根鲜重、根干重有抑制作用;对小麦幼苗生长发育有抑制作用;对莴苣的芽生长发育有促进作用而对根生长有抑制作用。川白芷种子和翅膜中均存在水溶性内源性萌发抑制物质,但萌发抑制效应与受体植物、浸提时间、部位和浓度相关。
To study the activity of water-soluble endogenous inhibitory substances and their existing sites in Chuan dahichong seed. Taking the seeds of wheat, cabbage and lettuce as the acceptors, the bioactivity of the extracts of Angelica dahurica seeds at different extraction time, different parts and different concentrations was determined. Rhizoma Angelica seed aqueous solution on the three kinds of receptor plant seed germination inhibition. Fresh weight of cabbage buds, dry weight of buds, shoot length and root length have a promoting effect on root fresh weight and root dry weight inhibitory effect on the growth and development of wheat seedling inhibition of lettuce bud growth and development have a role in promoting Root growth inhibition. Water-soluble endogenous germination inhibitory substances were found in the seeds and wing membranes of Angelica dahurica, but the germination inhibiting effects were related to the recipient plants, the extraction time, the site and the concentration.
