最近十几年来,人们对健康的追求也越来越高,食品中残留的农药对环境以及身体健康造成了严重的影响。不同的国家对农药的最高残留限量规定也逐渐的规范,为此,许多先进的、新型的残留农药检测分析技术正得到开发和应用。本文对气相色谱在残留农药检测分析中的应用进行了论述,主要归纳了溶剂加速萃取、CO2超临界流体萃取、固相微萃取、凝胶渗透色谱技术以及固相萃取等样品的预处理方法,并介绍了氢火焰离子化、电子捕获、火焰光度以及质谱等检测器的原理和检测器适用的范围。并对气相色谱在农药残留检测中的应用进行了展望和预测。
In recent ten years, the pursuit of health is also getting higher and higher, and pesticide residues in food have a serious impact on the environment and their health. Different countries have also gradually standardized the maximum residue limits of pesticides. Therefore, many advanced and new pesticide residue detection and analysis technologies are being developed and applied. In this paper, the application of gas chromatography in the detection and analysis of residual pesticides are discussed. The methods of solvent accelerated extraction, CO2 supercritical fluid extraction, solid-phase microextraction, gel permeation chromatography and solid-phase extraction are mainly summarized. The principles of detectors such as hydrogen flame ionization, electron capture, flame photometry and mass spectrometry and the range of detectors are introduced. And the application of GC in pesticide residue detection is prospected and predicted.
