目的:观察基层卫生院普外科患者用药的情况,分析并进行改善。方法:选择青田县山口中心卫生院2011年1月~2013年1月收治的普外科患者的病历200份,回顾性分析患者的用药情况并进行统计,观察其用药情况是否合理,同时提出改善措施。结果:营养药物和麻醉药物均能合理使用,但抗菌药物不能做到完全合理使用。结论:基层卫生院普外科对患者用药情况进行监督,可有效提高药物的使用率,避免药物不良反应的发生,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To observe the situation of general surgery patients in primary health care institutions, analyze and improve. Methods: 200 cases of general surgery patients admitted from January 2011 to January 2013 in Qingkou Sanitary Hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and their statuses were statistically analyzed to see whether their medication was reasonable and to propose improvement measures . Results: Both nutritive drugs and narcotic drugs can be used reasonably, but antimicrobial drugs can not be used completely and reasonably. Conclusion: The general surgery of primary health care hospitals supervise the patient medication, which can effectively improve the utilization of drugs, avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.
