目的 :通过在青年尸眼囊袋内植入人工晶体 ( Intraocular lens,IOL)的观察 ,指导白内障摘除术后 IOL 的选择 ,减少术后并发症。方法 :研究 2 0只青年尸眼晶体囊袋和睫状体环之间的关系 ,3种不同尺寸的 IOL 分别植入囊袋后其位置及变化情况。结果 :晶体囊袋平均直径为 10 .13 m m,植入总长度为 11.0 mm的 IOL时 ,囊袋基本保持圆形且后囊膜未见张力线 ,IOL在囊袋内未见游动现象 ;植入总长度为 12 .75 m m及 13 .5 m m的 IOL时 ,囊袋呈椭圆形且后囊膜出现明显张力线 ,两袢均与睫状突相接触。结论 :IOL 进行囊袋内植入时国人应选用 11~ 11.5 mm长度 ,改良 C袢的 IOL
OBJECTIVE: To observe the choice of IOL after cataract extraction by observing intraocular lens (IOL) implanted in young corpse pouch to reduce postoperative complications. Methods: The relationship between the lens capsule and the ciliary body ring of 20 young cadaver eyes was studied. The location and changes of three different sizes of IOL were respectively implanted into the capsular bag. Results: The mean diameter of the capsular bag was 10.13 mm. When IOL with a total length of 11.0 mm was implanted, the capsular bag remained circular and no posterior capsule line was seen. The IOL showed no swimming in the capsular bag. When implanted with a total length of 1275mm and 13.5mm IOL, the capsule was oval and posterior capsule obvious tension line, both are in contact with the ciliary process. Conclusion: When IOL is implanted in the capsular bag, people should choose length of 11 ~ 11.5 mm, improved C 袢 of IOL
