在听到余文君老师讲授的《狼》一课之前,我常常疑惑“什么样的课堂才是老师和学生都喜欢的课堂”。很多时候课堂上我们侃侃而谈,自以为把该说的知识点都教给学生了,学生反而一问三不知,好像什么也没学到;但有的时候讲了学生感兴趣的话题,又觉得怅然若失,似乎重点没有点清楚。所以,王荣生老师说,语文老师很难当,语文课很折磨人,学生多学了两节课,不见收获;少学了两节课,没感觉到损失。那么,语文教学要不要追求教学效果呢?答案是肯定要
