作者观察了气体氮化、盐浴碳氮共渗和离子氮化(氮化后不氧化处理及氮化后氧化处理)对AISI 304、316和321奥氏体不锈钢的腐蚀抗力及磨损性能的影响。表明:氮化处理可明显地降低奥氏体不锈钢的腐蚀抗力,但提高它的磨损抗力。对所有钢种,高温氮化处理后,在盐、醋酸中的腐蚀速率都相近。460℃离子氮化后经氧化处理并不能明显改善奥氏体不锈钢的腐蚀抗力,但可提高磨损抗力和降低磨损速率。
The authors examined the effects of gas nitriding, salt bath carbonitriding, and ion nitriding (non-nitriding and nitriding post-oxidation) on the corrosion resistance and wear properties of AISI 304, 316 and 321 austenitic stainless steels . It shows that nitriding can obviously reduce the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel, but improve its wear resistance. For all steels, after high temperature nitriding treatment, the corrosion rates in salt and acetic acid are similar. Oxidation treatment at 460 ℃ after ion nitriding does not significantly improve the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel, but it can improve the wear resistance and reduce the wear rate.
