基建科研铁基87—2现场制作先张梁工艺设备、铁基86—6张拉应力自动控制及铁基(先)86—14现场制作先张梁工艺设备应用项目评审会,于1990年4月24～26日在邯郸铁三局六处召开。由铁道部建设司主持,参加会议的有21个单位48名代表。邯郸市科委朱主任和建委黄主任电出席了会议。会议认为铁三局为适应现场制梁,减少运输,降低成本作了大量工作,在总结各厂经验的基础上,提出了钢管混凝土台座方案,其构思新颖,有独到之处:1.压柱体积减小,
