1992年5月至1996年11月，我们对经左胸食管癌切除胃代食管弓上吻合和颈部吻合的常规术式，进行了部分改良，设计并应用胸膜项外食管胃吻合方法，手术治疗了38例食管中下段癌。临床疗效满意。现总结报道如下。1临床资料与方法全组共38例，其中男29例，女9例，年龄37～74岁。食管
From May 1992 to November 1996, we conducted a partial modification of the conventional surgical procedure for the resection of the gastro-esophageal anastomosis and neck anastomosis of the left chest with esophageal cancer. We designed and applied an external esophagogastrostomy with pleural anesthesia. 38 cases of middle and lower esophageal cancer were treated. The clinical effect is satisfactory.
