目的研究临床护理路径在PICC健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取我科室2014年3月至2016年3月的208例初次行PICC的住院患者,实验组104例,对照组104例,实验组护士采用临床护理路径对患者及家属进行健康教育;对照组护士采用传统的口头宣教方式。结果二组患者4个月内PICC并发症发生率、护理满意度、PICC相关知识达标率的对比具有统计学意义。结论将临床护理路径应用于PICC健康教育能降低置管4个月内并发症发生率,提高护理满意度、PICC相关知识达标率。
Objective To study the clinical effect of clinical nursing in PICC health education. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016, 208 cases of first-time PICC hospitalized patients in our department were selected, including 104 cases in the experimental group and 104 cases in the control group. The nurses in the experimental group used the clinical nursing pathway to carry out health education for the patients and their families. In the control group Nurses use the traditional way of oral education. Results The PICC complication rate, nursing satisfaction and PICC-related knowledge attainment rate in the two groups were statistically significant within 4 months. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway to PICC health education can reduce the incidence of complications within 4 months of catheterization, improve nursing satisfaction, and attain the compliance rate of PICC related knowledge.
