我们怀着无限景仰、崇敬之情,纪念马克思逝世120周年。120年前,1883年3月14日,马克思与世长辞了。恩格斯当时就写道:“当代最伟大的思想家停止思想了。”“这个人的逝世,对于欧美战斗着的无产阶级,对于历史科学,都是不可估量的损失。”“人类却失去了一个头脑,而且是当代所拥有的最重要的一个头脑。”“这个天才的头脑不再用他那强有力的思想来哺育两个半球的无产阶级运动了。我们之所以有今天,都应归功于他;现代运动当前所取得的一切成就,都应归功于他的理论和实践的活动;
With infinite admiration and reverence, we honor the 120th anniversary of Marx’s death. 120 years ago, March 14, 1883, Marx died in the world.
