开国中将卢胜是1937年发生在福建的“漳浦事件”中突出牢笼的领头人、重建红三团的团长;也是新四军成立时福建组建的四个团的团长之一。他文武双全,军政兼备。在军内外享有清官好官的美誉,口碑极佳。我从1960年初识老首长,到他1997年8月17日仙逝,与卢老有过多次接触。今年10月是卢胜百年诞辰,他在我心中留下的诸多美好记忆,也都一一出现在脑海里。
