为消除成品大输液中的热原 ,对于热原不合格的成品大输液 ,依据内毒素限值范围 ,选择一定的时间 ,进行第二次 115℃高温消毒以消除热原。同时发现不同品种中的热原对热稳定性有差别。 10 %葡萄糖注射液中的热原比生理盐水中的热原 ,更易被第二次高温消除。应用第二次 115℃高温消毒法在不同的时间范围内 ,可以消除成品大输液中相应限值的热原。
